FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I set up the electric?

    • You should contact Ameren in advance and have the electricity scheduled to be put in your name no later than your move-in date. The phone number for Ameren is 1-800-232-2477, please note that you will need your street address in order for them to set up your account.​

  • How do I set up cable and internet?

    • There is a jack for cable in the living room and in each bedroom. The internet is wireless. The service is already activated through Consolidated Communications. If you need to call Consolidated for any reason the number is 1-866-434-4447, please note you will need an account number that is specific to each unit.​

  • How can I enter a maintenance request?

    • You can enter a maintenance request two ways, first you can call the office during office hours to report any maintenance issues or you can complete and maintenance request online under our RESIDENTS tab. Please note that if you have an emergency maintenance request, please call the after hours line if the office is closed.
